KALLISTHEN brings together two Greek roots: kallos, beauty or fine form, and sthenos, strength or power. Together they express what we believe training can be—force with control, movement with shape, and effort made visible through form.
We make training apparel for people who train with purpose and carry that strength into the rest of their lives. The first collection starts with the essentials: muscle tees and two-layer shorts for men and women.
